Our History

Abrusley Ashy Group (AAG) is a dynamic and multifaceted organization, established in 1983 by Wedad Abrusley and her husband, Edward Abrusley, with the founding of Oasis Foods Service. Originally from Syria, Wedad moved to the United States as a teenager and eventually settled in Louisiana with her family. After the passing of her husband in 2015, Wedad continued to lead Oasis Foods, supported by her children, extended family, and dedicated staff.

Today, AAG is led by Shadi Abrusley and his wife, Nour Shadid Abrusley. With extensive experience in food wholesale distribution, Shadi has guided the company to expand across various industries since 2006. The group now spans multiple sectors, including:
